Reminder prices do not include the Permit, as it is part of the deposit and it is $165, and rescheduling will result in an additional deposit of $125. These payments are non- refundable as they go to the county.
Bike Maintance
Do you have bikes at your property or properties? is a tire or two flat, OR maybe a chain has slipped off? We are here to help you ensure that your bikes stay refreshed, and YOU CAN CONTINUE riding and making memories along 30a. We do full service from replacement of tires, grips, tubes, and chains sometimes even pedals.
Here at Surfin' Cali 30a Beach Services we offer a one-time bike maintenance fee, and we also offer monthly services as well.

Grill Cleaning
Everyone loves grilling even when coming to the beach BUT let me ask you this. When is the last time you had your grill deep cleaned and serviced over the last couple months? Grills are overlooked most times during a turn and can cause a lot of issues if not taken care of properly. you may have heard of fires, bugs, nasty smells, and probably most of all complaints.
We are here to assist you in all YOUR MAINTENANCE NEEDS, so you are worry free while you are away from your lovely beach oasis. We offer services as:

Landscaping / Homewatch / Handyman
Here at Surfin' Cali we don't just do beach service, we can be your one stop shop.
Is your yard starting to look faded, rough, bushy, and most importantly is it losing its curb appeal? We can help with that, and we can have you covered with our full-service landscaping, one time service or even our monthly services. Prices do vary depending on the wants and needs of the yard/landscaping. Jobs consist of LAYING Pine Straw, weed eating/pulling, weed protection spraying, bush trimming, along with trash pick-up within the yard/landscaping.
Our home watch program, are you worried about your home while you are away? are there things that keep you up at night? We take pride in making sure that you are comfortable and happy knowing that your home is safe and worry free. We take the time to walk the property to check for any damages on the exterior of the home, we also check to make sure that THE interior of the home is still as you left it. We do a thorough walk-through of high and low checks consisting of: Lights, Tv, refrigerator, washing/dryer machines, a/c unit w/ filters, toilets, tubs, and sinks.

Trash Pail Cleaning
It's amazing how some of the common and sometimes the most important household chores get overlooked due to "out of sight, out of mind". Need beach chairs for your vacation? Don't wait any longer I have a solution for you that doesn't require you to lug the chair by car or have to worry about buying them just for the stay. Renting with us we do drop and pick up chairs at the property you are staying at, they are backpack-style Tommy Bahama chairs with an Umbrella that is easy to set up with a strapped bag for easy carrying.
